I thought I would drop you a note to say how well Ian is doing. He is by far the best man you have sent us, he is very helpful and polite, knowledeable and hard working. Both my lads feel it a pleasure to PA for him. I have had many conversations with him and he could not be more helpful. I feel he should be praised with positive feedback. A big well done to him and keep up the good work. I have passed my findings on to the client.
