Problem: Edeus Mortgages in Wolverhampton became aware of a mouse problem in their two-story office after a popular noodle-based snack was discovered eaten - but not by a member of staff!

Solution: Russell Hall, Facilities Manager for Edeus, called in NBC Bird and Pest Solutions, a bird and pest control company, to solve their pest problem after it was quickly realised the little critters were entering into the offices through the cable ducts.

Problem: The Divine Restaurant in North Walsham was aware of the health and safety implications a potential rodent infestation would cause to their business so wanted to prevent such an event from occurring.

Solution: NBC Bird and Pest Solutions, a national bird and pest control company suggested an annual rodent control contract, visiting the restaurant once a month to manage any situation that could arise. There was a slight problem with mice at the exterior of the restaurant which one of the NBC operatives noticed immediately on their scheduled visits and treated it straightaway. Problem: Country Carrier Ltd, a large warehouse and haulage company based in Bury St Edmunds wanted to ensure that their goods would not be contaminated by pests.

Problem: Rats were causing thousands of pounds worth of damage on a landfill site in Whitchurch, gnawing their way through wires and nesting in the dashboard of an expensive piece of machinery.

Problem: Prestbury Golf Club, Cheshire existing pest control supplier were under delivering on the pest control services required for this prestigious golf course. Knowing how damaging a rat infestation can be to their business they terminated the contract.  
 

Solution: NBC Bird and Pest Solutions, a national bird and pest control company was called in to save the day. Manchester and Stockport Area Manager took over the pest management services at Prestbury Golf Club. Neville Young, Prestbury Club Secretary Manager said: "Robert Green called at a time when our existing suppliers were under delivering on service. His quiet and professional manner easily persuaded us to work with him and we look forward to establishing a long lasting relationship."

Problem: NBC's branch of Oxford and Reading was called in urgently to a local National Turf Accountants shop when a rat fell from the ceiling and landed on a poor unexpected customer. This caused havoc as the clientele soon swarmed out of the store.   
NBC Bird and Pest Solutions' Area Manager Richard Stewart arrived at the premises he was greeted by the smell of rat urine in the shop and upon inspection he found it was overrun with rats.

Solution: The damage was so great that the shop put in place a refurbishment programme, which meant replacing the suspended ceiling and calling in an electrician to rewire the previously rat gnawed cables.

Richard had to remove the ceiling tiles and dispose of the hazardous waste. The premises were then bio-clean the premises before the builders could start work due to health and safety procedure. Also a two week intense rodent control programme was put in place that quickly and effectively eliminated the problem.

The work was done out of hours in order to cause the minimum disruption to the customer and service resume as normal.
