Training and Support

You will be given four weeks comprehensive training based mainly at our head office in Attleborough, Norfolk, with typically just one or two other new franchisees to ensure you receive the personal attention needed. Our in-house training covers all aspects of the business such as sales and marketing, IT, health & safety, operations, technical & HR. Our centralised accounts department invoices your customers on your behalf and carries out credit control, which saves on your paperwork and, more importantly, time to allow you to focus on running your business.

You will receive practical training out in the field which includes falconry and working with birds of prey, surveying, using proofing materials and installation, and finally, the safe use of pesticides and herbicides.

It doesn't stop there, as ongoing guidance is imperative to the success and growth of your business. So when you start trading we provide ongoing training and support in all of these areas to help you develop your franchise, whether it is about which type of proofing to apply to a listed building, for example, or taking on staff to help support your business growth.

We will give you the guidance you need using our knowledge and experience, and that of all our other franchisees, as we all started from exactly where you are now.
