Congratulations to NBC Bird and Pest Solutions' Marketing Manager Kelly Smith who flew through the finishing line at Sunday's Great North Run, in Newcastle.
Kelly made the 13.1 mile run in 2hrs 32 minutes, beating last year's time by 45 minutes. Kelly took on the challenge of the Great North Run with her sister Hayley, fiance Andrew, and friend Lesley with the intention of raising £400 for Cancer Research UK, but they smashed their fundraising target into smithereens raising a further £1,095.
