Cooking up a Mess

St. Clements College in Skegness contacted NBC Bird & Pest Solutions to help them deal with unwanted guests at the school. Pigeons had found their way into the suspended ceiling above the cookery classroom and were beginning to settle in the warm conditions and leaving bird droppings.

Once a full survey had been completed by Paul Thomson, Area Manager for Cambridgeshire the area was thoroughly cleaned and sanitised to ensure the area posed no health risk.

Paul followed up by installating a bird proofing system to a canopy on the outside to the building. The bird proofing consisted of bird spikes and bird netting which will prevent the birds gaining access to ceiling void in the future.
