Support Network
The whole support team at head office includes 15 support personnel to assist franchisees on a day to day basis. Equally, the 35 existing franchisees are always on hand and so willing to support other franchisees either on the phone, via our internal forum or by providing everyone feedback of their experiences at one of our quarterly network meetings. Each and every one of our franchisees has started where you are now!
John Dickson
Managing Director
John's experience in the bird and pest control industry ideally places him to advise franchisees in many advanced areas of business planning and management, sales and operations. John also aids franchisees in planning and identifying objectives and formulating strategies and can advise on a range of relevant legal issues.
John Edwards
Technical / Operations Support Manager
John manages the business in any areas which are waiting to be occupied by franchisees and also provides advice to franchisees on all aspects of operations.
Franchisees will seek advice from John on all areas of business operations often accompanying franchisees on surveys to help them get the job done swiftly and safely without compromising high standards.
Kelly Smith
Franchise Business Manager
Kelly heads up the marketing and business development teams, working to drive leads into the network and providing support to franchisees. Kelly and a team of specialist in-house executives manage national marketing activities across a range of media as well providing an optional remote local marketing support facility to develop business on behalf of the franchisees.
Duncan Jones
Assistant Marketing Manager
Duncan supports Kelly in managing the national marketing campaigns across a range of media as well as developing franchisee support systems. Duncan also provides marketing support to the franchisees for events and advertising helping them to promote the NBC brand.
Karen Dyball
Franchise Manager
Karen manages the smooth process of franchisees joining the network from initial contact, to arranging your complete 4 week training programme, to ensuring that you have everything you need to get you up and running to start your franchise with ease.
Cheryl Bunn
Company Accountant
Cheryl manages the finance and IT support teams. The finance team provides support on accounting processes, creating and dispatching invoices, liaising with clients on finance and managing credit control on behalf of the franchisees. Cheryl also provides advice on budgeting, P&L and cash flow projections and Inland Revenue and VAT issues.
Alex Burrell
IT Administrator
Alex provides IT support for franchisees in areas such as email systems and the bespoke information management system used by NBC. Alex uses a remote access system to troubleshoot issues that may occur on a franchisee’s computer system in addition to offering over the phone advice on IT queries.
Michael Brown
Compliance Manager
Michael manages Health & Safety training and procedures within the company, including risk assessments, MSDS and COSHH and assists franchisees with compliance in this area. Michael also oversees procurement of national accounts, completing and submitting approved supplier applications, and ensures that standards of quality within the company are maintained.
